Synopsis

Rag Week has arrived in Gasforth, and Fowler and his companions are increasingly harassed by masked youths – a disruption that continues until a bank robbery, perpetrated by three men similarly disguised in rags, takes place during Dawkins's presence, casting doubt upon the robbery's authenticity.
