Synopsis

Freed from the clutches of an abusive troll, a young woman finds solace in the unexpected aid of a white lion. Her heart is shattered when news arrives of her betrothed's absence, followed by the devastating revelation that the troll's sister has ensorcelled him with the intention of claiming him as her own. The white lion reappears, offering the girl three gifts of magic, a boon granted from the depths of an ancient German folk tale.
