Synopsis

To escape a marriage decreed by duty, Princess Sapsorrow fled her kingdom and now works in the kitchens of a distant palace, hidden beneath the guise of an unattractive crone. This is no life of ease for Sapsorrow; she has fallen in love with a prince who regards her with the same indifference he would offer a common laborer.
