I’ve been impressed by Holliday Grainger’s performances in other series, like "Strike," so I decided to give this one a try recently. Unfortunately, I found the writing to be quite weak, and with the exception of Grainger's work, the acting felt substandard overall. The actress chosen for the part of 'Selma' was particularly troublesome; her casting seemed off, and she pulled me out of the story completely—I honestly believe a different performer would have been more suitable. Even though I appreciate Holliday’s involvement, I wouldn’t suggest watching this show.
