Synopsis

Nadine and Harold's designs grow darker with each passing day. Elsewhere, the Committee’s agents solidify their presence in New Vegas, where Flagg cultivates a society built on the deceptive foundation of sanctioned indulgence – a veneer of pleasure masking a rigorously enforced hierarchy. In Boulder, Frannie conceives a scheme to validate her growing doubts about Harold, while Mother Abagail seeks guidance from a higher power.
