Synopsis

As Tony lies hospitalized, his family struggles to confront the possibility of his death, their efforts to cope a fragile shield against the inevitable. Meanwhile, within the confines of his fading consciousness, Tony begins to experience vivid hallucinations, glimpses of an alternate life unfolding alongside his own.
