Synopsis

Snoopy found himself unexpectedly called upon to address the Head Beagle, a task he approached with characteristic reluctance. He sought refuge from the complexities of the modern world in the company of his Beagle Scout companions, only to find that even the dreariest of rainy days held a certain charm.
