Synopsis

The child, autistic and adrift in a world of sensory overload, delivered a fatal shock to his father. He did not understand the consequence of his actions, for he had been conditioned to violence from a young age. Among those who might bear responsibility – the wife entangled in a clandestine affair, the sister confined to a bed, the nurse who levied cruel demands, and the colleague consumed by ambition – who is truly culpable?
