Synopsis

Papa Smurf resolved to hold an election, a formal selection process to determine which of the Smurfs would comprise the Special Brigade tasked with protecting their village. The positions were awarded to Dimwitty, Lazy, Scaredy, Clumsy, and Baby. When Gargamel descended upon the village, capturing all the Smurfs save for these five, they found themselves bound together, compelled to overcome their differences and rescue their companions.
