Synopsis

With the Internal Revenue Service scrutinizing his finances, Homer finds himself compelled to assist the authorities in bringing down Mr. Burns, accused of misplacing a trillion-dollar bill. When Burns defiantly rejects any cooperation with the government, Homer impulsively joins him in a flight to Cuba.
