Synopsis

Following an incident of taunting at the school dance, Bart’s distress moved Marge to action. She rallied the town, successfully advocating for the passage of new legislation designed to combat bullying. Subsequently, Homer found himself arrested and committed to a rehabilitation program for his own bullying behavior towards Ned Flanders. However, he later emerged from rehab to unexpected acclaim, becoming something of a local hero.
