Synopsis

Bart's forgotten homework triggers a letter from Mrs. Krabappel, detailing his disruptive behavior, which finds its way to his parents. He makes a valiant attempt to prevent its arrival, but Homer intercepts the correspondence nonetheless. The letter lands in Homer’s hands, prompting a visit to Principal Skinner for a parent-teacher conference. Enraged, Homer metes out punishment, though Marge responds with greater understanding. It is then that Bart discovers the potent leverage he holds over h
