Synopsis

As the economy of nearby Ogdenville falters following the discovery of contaminated barley in Krusty's veggie burgers, unemployed workers from the town begin to stream into Springfield. Mayor Quimby responds by closing the city's borders and recruiting citizens for patrol duty. Homer, ever resourceful, organizes his own border patrol.
