Synopsis

Upon discovering that Springfield Elementary ranked as the state's most deficient school, Marge and Homer decide to secure an apartment in the affluent Waverly Hills district, hoping to provide Bart and Lisa with a superior education. Simultaneously, Homer settles into their rented Waverly Hills residence, gradually acclimating to the independence of bachelorhood.
