Synopsis

Bart achieved a perfect score on the practice test for the national achievement exam, a result that unsettled Lisa considerably. More significantly, the perfect score meant Bart would be exempt from the actual test and instead attend a celebratory party. Meanwhile, Homer faced the unenviable task of avoiding any injury for the duration of the afternoon, a consequence of his failure to maintain his insurance payments.
