Synopsis

Bart and Todd Flanders resolve to compete in a miniature golf tournament. Homer, brimming with unwarranted confidence, declares Bart the likely victor and wagers with Ned that the father of the losing competitor will be required to mow their neighbor’s lawn while wearing their wife’s Sunday dress.
