Synopsis

Apu and his wife, Manjula, experienced a remarkable, if unintended, outcome of their fertility treatments: they delivered a set of octuplets. Driven by financial desperation, Apu made the fateful decision to loan the infants to a disreputable carnival promoter. Soon after, he found himself in need of assistance from Homer to reclaim his children.
