Synopsis

At the county fair, Homer and Bart encounter a diving horse and forge an unlikely friendship. They transform the animal into a racehorse of considerable spirit, but their burgeoning success attracts unwanted attention. This leads them into conflict with enigmatic jockeys who dwell amongst the trees.
