Synopsis

With racial tensions rising sharply in the city, the Strike Team strives to quell a burgeoning race war, while Claudette and Dutch delve into the origins of a riot at a local high school. Simultaneously, an Internal Affairs officer launches an inquiry into Vic and the Strike Team, beginning with a focus on Lem. Danny, carrying a child, remains steadfastly unwilling to disclose the father's identity, and Julien commences training a new recruit, Officer Tina Hanlon.
