Synopsis

Vic and his team locate the Russian connected to the officer's killings, but the interrogation spirals out of control. The assassin perishes in an explosion before any answers can be extracted. Simultaneously, Aceveda finds himself vulnerable to blackmail at the hands of his assailant. Separately, Rawling’s case is nearing closure, on the verge of being dismissed.
