Synopsis

The discovery of a young woman, a sex worker, in the district confirms Dutch’s unsettling theory: a serial killer is at work, targeting those in her profession. Aceveda immediately initiates a comprehensive search for the perpetrator, determined to apprehend him before he claims another victim. For twenty-four hours, she grants Dutch and Claudette complete access to the Barn's resources, along with the support of the FBI.
