Synopsis

A general from the Pentagon seeks out Winnie, tasking her with the capture of the malevolent Dr. Zero. She locates him and, employing her unique abilities, deflects his efforts to harm her. Through her persuasive power, Winnie manages to dissuade the doctor from his destructive path.
