Synopsis

Dog Wonder and B.F., joined by the Scooby-Doo gang of crime-fighters, encounter Lowbrow, a villain with ambitions of criminal dominion. He intends to leverage the arcane knowledge gleaned from the texts of Big City University to advance his wicked plots. This unsophisticated thief inadvertently guides Blue Falcon, Dynomutt, Scooby Doo, and their companions to his hidden base, where they uncover his latest scheme: the audacious theft of the Big City Mint!
