Synopsis

Fueled by the unsettling influence of Hyde Dog, Mr. Hyde has declared his candidacy for mayor of Big City. His campaign is marked by veiled threats, promising to transform the city's inhabitants with a disturbing formula, twisting them into monstrous reflections of himself.
