Synopsis

Officer John Nolan finds himself again confronting Rosalind, the serial killer who has haunted him, and she makes it clear that their encounters are far from over. Simultaneously, Officers Bradford and Chen operate undercover, collaborating with Detective Lopez and the Las Vegas Police Department to bring down the heads of a powerful criminal organization.
