This series originated from 'The Rookie'. The main character was first seen about halfway through the second season of 'The Rookie', and now we learn quite a bit about her background and what motivated her to become an FBI agent. Both 'The Rookie' and 'The Rookie: Feds' are enjoyable shows. They don’t attempt to portray how either the LAPD or the FBI would actually operate, but that isn’t really important. These are television programs meant for entertainment purposes, with engaging plots, humor, dramatic elements, and unexpected developments. It’s good news that 'The Rookie' has been picked up for a fourth season; I am hoping it won’t be too long before it airs. As for what will happen with ‘The Rookie: Feds’? I honestly don’t know and don’t have strong feelings either way. I would watch another season if they make one, but I wouldn't be upset if they didn't. I really would miss 'The Rookie', though!
