Synopsis

Mark’s unease solidified with each passing day. The newly arrived preacher and his wife, with their carefully cultivated piety, began to feel increasingly false. A disquieting suspicion took root, blossoming into a chilling certainty: they were not who they seemed. He gleaned fragments of conversations, observed furtive glances, and pieced together a disturbing truth – the couple were impostors, and their sermons concealed a plan for robbery.
