Synopsis

The arrival of an Italian Count in North Fork drew immediate attention, not least from Groder, the town’s resident bully. Seeking amusement, Groder targeted the stranger, carelessly destroying some of the Count's money and ridiculing him in an attempt to humiliate him. The Count, affronted, issued a challenge, requesting Lucas to serve as his Second. They arranged to meet at dawn.
