Synopsis

The discovery of a doctor unconscious in an elevator at Chastain sends a ripple of frantic activity through the hospital staff as they desperately attempt to reconstruct his movements and determine what happened. Billie is confronted with a long-buried truth, a personal conflict brought sharply into focus by an unexpected encounter. Simultaneously, Bell offers Kit guidance as she navigates a difficult choice regarding the integration of a new neurosurgeon into the Chastain team.
