Synopsis

With the group making final arrangements for their journey to the pro-choice rally in Washington, D.C., Norman is increasingly captivated by Charles. Charles, however, appears less inclined toward a similar level of devotion. While the others participate in the rally, Julie discovers a squalid encampment she calls "Reagan-Ville," populated by people experiencing homelessness.
