Walter J. Peck, the Ghostbusters’ former adversary and once a zealous EPA official, has resurfaced following the Gozer incident, determined to cause them further problems. Initially, he attempts to have them arrested for unlawful entry by fabricating a ghost sighting at a military facility in Queens; however, this scheme proves unsuccessful.
