Synopsis

Following Christmas Day in 2003, Russel Douglas was discovered fatally shot in the head inside his vehicle on a lonely stretch of road on Whidbey Island, just off the coast of Washington State. This marked the beginning of an investigation that would span ten years and ultimately leave many with unanswered questions.
