Synopsis

In 1981, when a woman was murdered in Milwaukee, her sons reported seeing a masked man with a ponytail running from the house. The police subsequently investigated the victim’s bitter former husband and a neighbor who insisted his gun had been stolen. A startling arrest followed, yet lingering questions persist even now.
