Synopsis

Following her husband’s death in a traffic accident, Nancy Henninger rents out the apartment in her backyard to alleviate financial strain. However, her teenage son, Zak, harbors doubts about the new tenant, Harry Longworth, who claims to be establishing a factory in the quiet community of Hunterville. The disappearance of three residents prompts Zak to launch his own inquiry into the unsettling events.
