Synopsis

Dr. Renee Stuyvesant and her protégé, Dr. Vance Ridout, have achieved a breakthrough in medicine: a complete body transplant, offering the possibility of replacing a patient's entire diseased form. Dr. Stuyvesant has successfully persuaded the hospital board to authorize the inaugural procedure, to be performed on Dr. Peter Halstead.
