Synopsis

Musician Jacob Hardy, accompanied by his fiancée Kara Delaney, is walking when a meteor explodes above the city. A fragment of the fiery debris descends, and one of the small projectiles appears to pursue Jacob, striking him and instantly killing him. Medical Examiner Dr. Ian Michaels conducts the autopsy with the assistance of his assistant, Ollie Gibb. He discovers an unusual, bullet-like object lodged within the victim's brain.
