Synopsis

Captain Cotter McCoy (Lou Diamond Phillips) represents a departure from conventional soldiers. He is the product of a clandestine program spearheaded by Dr. Greg Olander (Robert Joy), General Langston Chase (Dale Wilson), and Cotter’s confidant, Colonel Pete Butler (Scott Kraft). This initiative allows for the temporary transference of McCoy's consciousness into an android replica of himself. The result is a near-indestructible combatant, possessing both human intellect and seasoned experience.
