It’s surprising to find some negative opinions among the reviews. This is Star Trek at its finest. The series possesses a genuine sense of warmth and optimism, along with a feeling of awe – qualities reminiscent of classic Star Trek, in contrast to the recent installments that feel dark, pessimistic, and driven by an agenda, often employing manipulative tactics. I was particularly struck by the space battle in Season 2, Episode 9; it’s among the most impressive I've witnessed, whether on television or film. It’s rare these days to encounter a program that evokes feelings of positivity, normalcy, and hope—but this one succeeds.
