Dwight made a concerted effort to dissuade Darryl from joining Jim’s new venture. The opportunity for his daughter’s first recital passed Jim by entirely, a source of considerable disappointment for Pam. Meanwhile, Nellie inadvertently revealed the relationship between Pete and Erin.
