Synopsis

Todd Packer, a traveling salesman, arrives at Dunder Mifflin seeking a desk position. The office staff are hesitant to welcome him, mindful of his past conduct. Following a series of technical difficulties with the computers, Andy confronts Pam, the office administrator, to request a replacement.
