Synopsis

Giulia finds a measure of peace in reconciling with her grandfather, Nicola. Yet, her second encounter with Chief Inspector Corrado Cattani remains an assessment of his commitment to duty. One man tragically ends a life built on power; the other clings desperately to existence because, as Giulia observes, "He lost – and profoundly!"
