Synopsis

The Cohens extended a welcoming hand to Ryan when his brother, Trey, contacted him after his release from prison. Yet, Ryan harbored a sense of foreboding. Zach returned from his trip to Italy bearing news that piqued Summer's curiosity and left Seth uncertain. Separately, following Julie’s confession to Kirsten about a regrettable indiscretion, they both decided to involve Caleb in finding a solution. And so, Newport Living officially began.
