Synopsis

C.C. proposes a wager to her brother: he cannot persuade Fran to appear on *Jeopardy!*. Yet, somehow, Fran does indeed find herself on the show and triumphs. Simultaneously, Mr. Sheffield is consumed by vexation at being excluded from the President's Renaissance Weekend, but Fran secures him tickets, arranging for him to attend with their new neighbor, Roger Clinton.
