Synopsis

Scooter persuaded Fozzie to perform "the telephone pole bit," and the earnest comedian practiced diligently until he discovered the nature of the sketch. Fozzie donned the guise of a public telephone booth, at which point Scooter inquired as to his designation. "Mike Oznowiczki," Fozzie replied, prompting Scooter to exclaim, "Ah, so you're the Telephone Pole!"
