Synopsis

Scooter, a young man eager for work, sought a position as a go-fer. Kermit observed, with a touch of amusement, that Scooter didn’t even resemble a gopher. “I’ll go-fer coffee,” Scooter explained, “I’ll go-fer sandwiches, I’ll go-fer anything at all.” Kermit admitted he lacked the funds to employ him, a statement swiftly countered by Scooter’s revelation that his uncle owned the theater.
