Synopsis

Fozzie Bear devised a scheme to retaliate against Statler and Waldorf during their routine, but his hopes were dashed when he was supplanted by Bruce Forsyth. Fozzie unleashed a volley of pointed jokes, achieving the rare and final feat of silencing the two elderly hecklers. Subsequently, Fozzie and Bruce found themselves sharing the stage, performing the song "Side by Side." A duck made frequent, recurring appearances throughout the sketches and skits.
