Synopsis

The Munsters’ beloved dog, Spot, disappeared from home and was soon reported as a fearsome creature after someone spotted him in the city sewer. When Herman, determined to find his pet, descended into the manhole, he too became the subject of panicked rumors, mistaken for another monstrous threat. The Mayor, fueled by public alarm, declared that these menaces would be eliminated with TNT.
