Synopsis

Herman bought ten acres in Happy Holiday Valley based on an advertisement he’d seen in a magazine. What he acquired, however, was not the idyllic landscape promised but rather a desolate stretch of land within a crumbling, abandoned town – a prospect the Munsters found utterly delightful. This presented a considerable problem for the unscrupulous salesmen who had initially sold the property and now sought to repurchase it at a more advantageous price.
