Synopsis

Ashiya began working part time at the Mononokean, and Master Abeno cautioned him to feign ignorance of any spirits beyond the clientele. Yet, Ashiya's compassionate nature proved a hindrance; he couldn't ignore the spectral visitors. And the yokai, persistent as they were, refused to leave him undisturbed. Abeno, observing their unusual strength and multitude, surmised the existence of a powerful demon at their head.
