Synopsis

The sound of The Monkees sparked a frantic energy in television producer Hubbell Bensen (Carl Ballantine). He immediately began holding auditions, driven by the hope of discovering the band for his upcoming television program, oblivious to the fact that the Monkees themselves were desperately seeking an opportunity to audition for him.
